The most adorable GSD this household has ever seen!

First I got to meet the cat, Lone Star,
from the inside of my crate.

Then I had the pleasure to meet
Lone Star up close and personal.

Wasn't I a scrawny looking little thing,
but already acquiring Lupa's toys.

As you can see
next to Lupa, I'm a little nothing at 4 months old.

At such a young age,
I already realized the importance of having many toys,
looking cute, and using those puppy dog eyes.

Rope bones are great.
I'm using Maja's bed to play with this one.

Here I'm drinking from my raised bowl at grands' house.

And of course a raised bowl
is great to lounge under at home.

I found Lone Star's bed!

Oops! I think someone saw me...

Trying out my new bed and new toy.
(So what if Lupa thought it was her bed!)

This ball is by far my favorite toy!

This is one of those lap sessions with daddy after eating
to help out my presumed megaesophagus.

And now Lone Star has to share daddy with me!
It's a good thing he likes the feet.

Ahhh... hanging outside with Lupa.
You can tell we're both quite happy.

Then I got hurt, so I got a cast on my leg.
You can see Lupa trying to immitate me to get attention.

I'm so sad with my cast.
(But not dumb enough not to steal Lupa's bed.)

I was a bit happier about my second cast, since it was flourescent yellow
and Lupa let me share her bed. Yay!

Being hurt is so tiring...
Now I've got the last stage: the splint with navy Vetwrap, much more masculine.

This is pretty much how I sleep...

...with my feet in the air. Very comfortable.

I can sleep on dad too.
Old habits die hard: although I'm no longer
held after eating, I still like to sit
in daddy's lap from time to time.

Sometimes he even let's me get comfortable.

Oh, finally without that cast,
but you can see most of the hair's gone from my right foot
(I guess the mange had something to do with that too).

This is my one and only day with my ears down.
I woke mum and dad up at night and wouldn't stop shaking my head;
mum think I had something in my ears, but she couldn't find anything.

I like to sit in mum's lap sometimes too...

...but I much prefer to sleep on top of daddy.

Here I am right after surgery on my leg.
You can see my right leg is shaved and a little swollen near the elbow
and my left leg is shaved for the IV catheter.
I feel great! and it's only been a day or two.

I can truly say, that Christmas caught me by surprise.

We had to pose for the family Christmas card picture;
this is one of the more decent ones.

Maybe if I look pitiful enough,
they'll take this stupid hat of my head.

Little did I know that there were rewards during Christmas.
This was the biggest prize we won last year.

We were so happy, we even shared without throwing fits.

I like my grandpa too.

Crashed out on Lupa's bed. She's probably in my crate.

They were moving my crate,
so I figured if I lie down in it, they'd leave it alone.

See! Even grown up, I still love my ball!

What?! I can't just lie here and think?!
